SAVILLS EXPANDS M&E CONSULTANCY CAPABILITY WITH MEIT CONSULTANTS ACQUISITION

International real estate advisor Savills has today, 01 April 2026, confirmed its acquisition of MEIT Consultants, an award-winning building services consultancy specialising in mechanical, electrical and environmental engineering within the data centre sector, which will be integrated into the firm’s M&E Consultancy offering.

The acquisition will provide Savills with established data centre design expertise in the UK and Europe, adding a new service line that will both augment and complement its comprehensive M&E Consultancy offer, as well as its existing wider data centres offer. The combined offering also gives Savills a platform to scale with its existing clients, as well as creating new relationships and maximising its data centres service across the business.
